Sanlam Trust waiting for a response from August

August I received a email to give consent to complete my funds into my account and to this day I'm still waiting. Everytime I called in August, September and October they keep telling me an administrator is going to give me a call. I have received no call this far or a reason as to why I'm waiting all this time.
