SANLAM TRUST - SANLAM LEGACY BENEFICIARY FUND - BEYOND USELESS

I wish I could give SANLAM BENEFICIARY FUND a minus -100 mark because that what they deserve. This is part of Sanlam Trust that is supposed to manage your money or rather loved ones that passed away, and a portion of pension is placed with them for the children's schooling and needs until they can manage it themselves. My daughter turned 18 - 2 months ago. NO correspondence from them. Suddenly no monthly pay out - it is not a lot but it is her matric year and there is expenses. I have tried to contact them via each and every email address I could get hold of - NO RESPONSE. Phone lines are not answered. For more than 2 weeks I have been trying to get hold of them. If you have a choice - DO NOT USE SANLAM TRUST TO PUT YOUR MONEY IN - THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY USELESS. NO COMMUNICATION! NO HELP!! NONE! I have to wonder how they are managing funds if this is the way they operate....
