Sanlam Trust payment complaint

Hi there! I have a problem with Sanlam Trust and their payments. Their service is very poor and they delay on making payments. Today marks the 5th day that i’ve sent my request for them to pay for my school fees and spectacles and they promised to send my money on the 5th day and they haven’t sent it plus with no sign of sending it... when i try calling them they’re telling me that they’ll forward my request to the administrator to release my payment and that i should wait 48 hours but they promised to send it today.. i’ve tried laying complaints on their Sanlam page online but they don’t respond to any of my complaints... i wish i can move my money elsewhere where my needs and wants will be taken care of. I don’t understand why Sanlam Trust is making me feel like they’re treating me like a charity case.. so much for my father to work hard for me, only for Sanlam Trust to treat me like this.
