Sanlam Trust - No payment in 4 months.
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the lack of responsiveness and action in addressing my daughter's school fees, which are managed by Sanlam Trusts. She is a beneficiary of the trust, and I have been trying to have her school fees paid since the 4th of February 2025.
I submitted all the required documentation via email as per your request, but I have not received any feedback or confirmation of receipt. I have been following up weekly through phone calls, during which I am merely asked to provide my contact information with the promise of escalating the payment. Despite my persistent efforts, no progress has been made, and I have not even been granted the courtesy of a callback.
As of now, her school fees are four months overdue, creating significant financial and emotional strain. It appears that there is a complete lack of urgency or willingness to assist on your part, which is deeply disappointing and unacceptable.
I request immediate action to ensure the outstanding school fees are paid without further delay. Additionally, I urge you to address the communication and follow-up issues within your process to prevent other beneficiaries from facing similar frustrations.
