SANLAM TRUST FUND WORST COMPANY EVER.

I am discasted with the Sanlam Trust fund. They have requested me to send a pay out form since I will be turning 21 years December 2024. All the necessary documents where sent on the 16 September 2024 and they told me the process will start on the day on my birthday which was the 14th December 2024.I was told the process will take 15 to 30 day of which it never happened. I was requested again to send the same documents and I sent them on the 5th February 2025,they then again told me my ID copy was not clear and I sent that again. When I did a follow up they told me the money will be in my account on the 4th March 2025 that also didn't happen. I told them that I have rent to pay and no money for school transport and they told me there's nothing they can do since the process has been done, my question was if the process is done why is the money not in my bank account. As we speak I am 2months behind with my rent and I owe people who have been helping me with transport money. I tried calling them several times after the 4th March 2025 with no answer from the. In all this I am the one who has been doing all the follow up with no communication from them. This has caused me stress and affect my studies and not being relaxed with the landlord who needs his money. Why should I suffer whistle my mother has left me inheritance to survive.
