Sanlam trust fund is a ****

I have been sending trust fund withdrawal forms since January 2024 and I just get automatic responses saying I should wait 13 days. It's been a year and a half.

Everytime when I call they put me on hold or say I should send the withdrawal form again. I tried going to their offices around but it's worse, they just give me their telephone and say I should call the numbers I've been calling for assistance. Aren't they the ones who are supposed to assist me?

The funds were supposed to pay for my education and maintenance. Right now I'm owing my institution a large amount and I have so many debts thanks to sanlam.

I would never advise someone to insure with sanlam.
