Sanlam Trust Fund

Im writing on my son s behalf. He was suppose to get his Trust fund last year because his trust was maturing last year on the 6 of janury. We ve send necessarily documents but the were some error to the documents and that was a real struggle. So this year January we send another documents because those one were old. We send everything January. We got email stating they ve got the documents and they are all correct. So the termination will take 7 to 15 days. Since then they always say the are busy with the documents. We be been calling them non stop till today no help. My son didn't go to collage last year and this year because the money is not available
