Sanlam Trust fund

Hello,I'm writing this review on behalf of my son Lindokuhle Siyanda Hlongwane who has a trust fund.he has been receiving monthly maintenance since last year June,he turned 18in July but the termination of his trust fund is put on hold so since the beginning of this year it's a struggle for him to get his monthly maintenance last month I had to call and remind them and this month he hasn't received anything.my son and i called them on Friday,was told they will escalate the matter to the administrator I should call again on Tuesday.my son missed out on camp because of them,I'm tired of Sanlam incompetency why are they acting like it's their money?why do they make decisions and not inform us?what is it that needs to be done in order for my son to get what's due to him? another thing the monthly maintenance was supposed to increase from January but nothing like that happened.
