SANLAM TRUST

Claim take forever. No clear communication. You have to constantly keep calling for anything to happen. I wrote a complaint to them on the 13th of March. To date, no one has reached out to me. Their administrators are either ****s or ***********. I am now filling a complaint with the ombudsman, hopefully then I will be taken seriously.

I am still reporting this with the ombudsman. Because you are still referring my issue back to the same department I have a complaint about. Almost a month later, no one has responded to my complain 😡😡
