Sanlam trust

My husband had a will with Sanlam. I'm a widow for six months now I'm struggling to get the money that was in my husband's account I'm struggling they told me to send my banking details I did as the said on the 23 August 2023 . They promised me I'll get the money before the end of the week this is the second week now I'm still waiting. I emailed them again asking how much more time must I wait now they say they are waiting for the executive to tell them where must they deposit the funds. I'm so disappointed in Sanlam. I've borrowed money from the loan sharks trying to put bread on the table I'm not working my life is a mess I can't even pay the municipality my life is a living hell please help
