Sanlam trust

I am writing this as an anonymous....I am not happy with Sanlam trust...they are based in Pretoria...My son has a trust account with them...and normally each month they pay a monthly allowance....which that I don't have a problem with it....but when it comes to other requests....they always decline. Now I requested that I normally buy uniform and stationery after Christmas...but they are busy taking me back and forth....now I have been told that I must wait for schools to reopen...I am honestly not happy with Sanlam and after all it's my son's money....I didn't choose Sanlam it was my attorney who choose it for us...because maybe there's a portion of money that he gets from them.

Now my son is 18yrs and we were supposed to get a portion of money but nothing...even we were promised to buy a house... nothing yet we still renting...it's almost 4 years now. I am not happy at all I just want to cancel this trust with Sanlam.
