Sanlam trust
Good day,
I have submitted numerous request to purchase the property in Touwsrivier and to no avail. Herewith are my reasons why I want the property: 1. Investment - as my property can generate wealth as the value of property increases. 2. Stability - home ownership provides a sense of control and stability to my family plus peace of mind. 3. Building equity - home improvements which will be done by myself. 4. Pride of ownership - is my main reason why I yearn to have my own house. 5. My business - will be home based which will create the income needed to cover costs such as insurance, utilities etc.
This property is a gold mine and I feel that I deserve it How long must I fight for this? How long must I fight for this? How long must I fight to have a place called home? Every second that goes by and all the delays are costing me valuable time and money. My business I wanted to start is now in hold until I get my property as they go hand in hand. My partner is going into hospital for her double stoma reversal operation on the 29th November and like any person would like more than to leave the hospital bed and recover in the warmth, secure and private place called Home The courts are closing soon for the festive season, therefore I would like nothing more than to resolve this matter timeously as time is of the essence. I feel that Sanlam trust and my trustee are in breach of fiduciary duty/conflict of interest, civil and human rights. Kind regards Danie Swart
