My daughter's trust fund is managed by Sanlam Trust, i have been trying to get the trust documentation or welcome pack just for to be able to know what she claim for in terms of fees and stationery. Everytime i call and enquire about when the documentation will be sent through i get sent from pillar to post. Its been weeks now, iam really frustrated. Can someone assist me?
