Sanlam Trust

Sanlam Trust is the worst company I've ever had to deal with.My son who is a minor has a trust with them but everytime we request for clothing they take time to reply.in May I asked for an increase, they have never responded till this day.Since last week I have been sending December quotation, I'm not getting an auto response, when I try to call them they hang up the calls.Its December kids already have clothing but son doesn't have whereas he has money with them.They should just give back that money(balance) and I will invest it somewhere where I won't be given hassles.
