Sanlam to pay my money

Hy am faith please help me...I was working at pnp and they they our shop and lost our jobs.i everything that belongs to me.i have problem with sanlam I submitted my Documents and they send me respond ,I will got my money within 30 days or less .am worried because it's being more than 30 day and am not working, it's being days me and my children sleep without food and electricity. Please help me to get my money
