<p>I have a endowment policy with Sanlam together with other policies. Last week i received a letter from Sanlam stating that my policy was in debt of R19538.09. What gets me mad is that SANLAM did not even over this period bother to inform me until the cash value is running out. I contacted them immediatedly after receiving the letter and they CONFIRMED that no correspondence had ever been sent to me before THIS letter. They also promised me that they would investigate this matter and would get back to me in 48hrs but to no availe. SHAME SANLAM SHAME.</p>
