Sanlam ******* ***3X7

I wrote earlier about Sanlam being ******* regarding my policy. The outcome was that i was basically forced to terminate my policy to save the meager pitence that remained. Sanlam brought out proberly archived documentation dated 2011 when i complained about the very same policy. What i find extremely DISAPPOINTING with Sanlam is that from 2011 until 2016 there was not one correspodence regarding this policy although they did communicate about my other investments on a yearly basis. SANLAM ARE ******* IN that they DID ***** my money. ENJOY THE MONEY!!!!

We acknowledge receipt of your comment and want to confirm that Sanlam will not ***** any money from clients. We'll investigate your case on Monday and will give direct feedback to you.

Dear Mr Van der Merwe
Your complaint regarding your policy and payments were referred to the Ombudsman for Long Term Insurance. They sent you a detailed explanation regarding your policy and the payments made dated 10 November 2011.After the determination done by die Ombudsman for Long Term Insurance, Sanlam received no further payments or a new mode of payment.
Sanlam annually provided you with a benefit statement in which the payment information together with the premium debt is supp****. These statements were emailed to you and in these statements we confirmed all the information regarding your policies and if you were not satisfied you had to make contact with Sanlam or your intermediary.
You requested the termination quotation during 2011 but Sanlam never received the signed quotation back. The option now was to supply Sanlam with new mode of payment but your request was to terminate the policy. We comp**** with your request and finalised the termination.
Kind Regards
