I sent in all the forms on the 14th of October 2025, They told me to wait until the 4th to finalise verify and authorise my request and they said we will get back to me on the 4th - ya right I thought. I waited, and today (the 4th of November) I received my tax certificate as well as confirmation of payment being processed! Well done Sanlam, EVERYTHING you said happened exactly as you confirmed.
