Sanlam- the modern welch.

Dear Sanlam,

Taking a year to sort out an Recognition of transfer (ROT)paper? Spending 40 mins on a phone call, countless emails from myself and the new company I want to transfer my funds to, yet going no-where slowly. Went down the complaint route, this seemed to work.. all the sudden within a day I received the ROT, send it through to new investment company, they signed it and sent it back to Sanlam, I've sent it to Sanlam aswell to confirm that the Signed ROT is competed, and now? 6 weeks later still no reply, after follow up emails from myself and the investment company, there is no luck. At this stage I just want to withdraw my money and not even transfer it. I would truly not suggest Sanlam to anyone.
