Sanlam the business that put the customer second

I have 3 policies with Sanlam every month they deduct 1 whole amount for all 3 policies my reasoning is that each policy stands alone and should be separately deducted so I can keep track of each payment( escalation, nonpayments, etc ) but they insist to deduct one amount. It's like FNB deduct for 3 bonds 1 amount and Sanlam is a financial institution. Every policy has its own contract and must be deducted separately (2 life policies one in my wife and 1 in my name and annuity in my daughter's name). Sanlam sends my wife now an e-mail of non-payment.....its paid the debit order was successful. Please explain why you deduct 1 amount so that you can hide price increases???
