Sanlam taking me for a fool and want more and more money even after settling my account !!

If there was no stars, that is what I would rather rate! I was finally able to settle my account, so requested a settlement and paid 1 day late , for this 1 day I got charged almost R500 for interest fee just one day! Whilst this settlement was stil in play I got sent a new settlement again with a higher amount even ! I have sent emails and asked what is going on, I have told them they are welcome to debit the amount from my account for the 1 day late interest fee, and then even with their new settlement for the R800 that was stil valid , they then again sent me another settlement with another increase in the amount! No one calls you and no one even sends proper emails with explanations or so that you can ask them what is happening!! Be warned not to take out a persons loan with Sanlam as they will try to take even more money than you actually owe even after settling your account! I sm still awaiting for someone to call so that we can come to agreement as to what I know cause I don’t even know anymore what settlement is correct as they keep sending new ones, ***!!
