SANLAM TAKEN ME FOR A RIDE FAR TOO LONG. THEY ARE LIERS. I REGRET TAKING AN INVESTMENT WITH THEM

SANLAM promised that my refund would be in my bank account within 2-5 working days. Today is the 4th working day, but I have not even received an SMS or an email confirming that my refund has been approved.

This money was deducted although the investment was paid up. Refunding that payment has been a big issue with SANLAM, including lies from their social media handler, who lacks urgency and displays a shallow understanding of what is happening within SANLAM, resulting in apologetic SANLAM customer service.

One needs to think twice before taking anything from SANLAM. Take it from me.
