Sanlam still not paying my money after months of reporting

I was contacted by a sanlam sky consultant afger my complaint.. My issue has been dragging for months. On the 12th of April 2023 a lady by the name 'Penny' called me and calculated all the money that was due to me. She further asked that i send her my bqnk statement and id on her email *** She then told me that if i sent these documents same time money would be paid the next day. I send everything a minite after our call. Till today I've received no money and no correspondence.. The email shows that it was indeed sent on my side. I'm thinking of removing my policies from them. They are so unrealiable!
