Sanlam Stalling Transfer Of Pension With Zero Communication.

After moving jobs I decided to move my Sanlam Umbrella Provident Fund to a preservation fund at PSG. The fund was paid over early December 2021. However, PSG needs to know the vested and non-vested amounts before they can invest the money. After two months of trying Sanlam has not responded to their question. I've even got the broker who handled the original Sanlam fund to try and contact them. Sanlam is not responding to any of his emails. This is my pension and it cannot be left in limbo like this. I find it insane that something like this is possible. This definitely gives me good reason to stay far away from Sanlam in the future.
