Sanlam small business provident fund is the worst company for employers to choose to save money for the employees retirement. Mybmothers employer submitted claims as she had retired she was told the payout will be in 6-8 weeks (15/04/2021) to date (09/07/2021) she has not received her payout. When we tried contacting sanlam fund administrators she is taken from pillar to post and no one can tell her why she is not getting her pension payout. Instead she is told to send an email to each and every person she communicated with and none of them have responded to the emails she has sent. Any small business that's wants to save for the employees retirement runaway from this fund
