Sanlam Sky you are ****mers

My mom pays over 1200 for a 40000 funeral cover for her and my father only and the cover for my dad is even way less .She was told that when she turns 60 and becomes a pensioner she will not pay any premiums, now they are telling her she must get to 65 first.Imagine her pensions will be less than 5000 as she only worked for 10 years and now Sanlam is telling her they want to continue with their ridiculous amount for another 5 years.Where can I report Sanlam???
