SANLAM SKY SUCKS!!!!!

I'm struggling with the payout of my cash back for Policy SG***6?

I did send all documents already on the 01st of December 2020 at 08:30, it's been 48hours ago already and still I've not received a payment yet.

I've done a cashback claim also in 2015 I sent all my documents on 1st of December 2015 @ 16;00 and received the payment on the 3rd of December 2015, this year 2020 I've also send the documents on the 1st of December 2020 at 08:30 and today is the 3rd but I haven't received any payout yet?

I just want to know why can't they do the payout, the documents everything are in order. In 2015 I received the cashback payout on the 3rd of December 2015 and I also sent my documents on the 01st of December 2015.

What is wrong why can't they do the same with cashback claim in 2020, today is the 3rd of December 2020 and I did send all the documents on the 01st of December 2020 at 08:30.

I'm gonna cancel this policy because when it's time to claim I have to wait forever for my own money, my premiums are paid over to Sanlam Sky on time every month.
