Sanlam Sky / Safrican holding my TymeBank account hostage with unauthorized mandates
I am lodging a formal dispute against Sanlam Sky and Safrican regarding two unauthorized DebiCheck mandates (Refs: IP***2 and IP***4) for R123.22 each. These policies were officially cancelled via affidavit in 2025, yet Sanlam Sky has "locked" these mandates on my TymeBank account. Their agents claim one policy is "invisible," but both are active and ready to deduct my money. I have a Sanlam Arbitrator reference (C***) and a case manager, Khonzi Phewa, but I am told to wait 14 working days. I refuse to wait while unauthorized mandates sit on my account. I demand that Sanlam Sky/Safrican remove these instructions from the banking system IMMEDIATELY.
