Sanlam Sky Policy Cancellation Problem
I sent a cancellation letter to Sanlamsky in July 2020 and todate my policy has not been cancelled . Up to December 2020 they were still deducting the monthly premium. I've written to them numerous times and still no assistance, I honestly don't know what to do anymore. I've filled in all the paperwork they requested and still nothing.
