sanlam sky money **** must fall

i app**** for temporal disability at sanlam sky on the 24 November i did not get any respond until i wrote to helopeter for the firstime they poned me asking what happened i told them that my knee was removed and replaced with artificial as the forms they send me saying tick on the squere ie temporal or permanent they said they wil pone me after 2 days but no one pone me until today i pone sanlam claim department asking the progress of my claim they said im nit qualifying because im temporal disabled i ask why they didnot pone me i didnt get d answer ONE OF THE LIMB IS REMOVED THE POLICY WIL PAY that is written in my policy document
