Sanlam Sky is a ****……BIG **** 🤞🏽

I had policies on my Sanlam Sky from 2019,when I tried to claim,I was told that I’m not blood related to the deceased and was refunded my premiums. Even after requesting that the person who opened a policy for my behalf knew my relations to the deceased. Then I was left with two policies which after the experience I told them to cancel those remaining policies. Next thing I’m dealing with multiple duplicate policy for just one person exceeded the legal limit to ensure one person.I suffered major depression and could not double check whether they have cancelled or not…… fast forward,2023 I reviewed my salary advice to be told that they will investigate and cancel the policies but not refund as I cannot prove that I’m not blood related….. remember my first policy claim was denied based on me not being blood related and was refunded. Now they don’t want to refund. Sanlam Sky is a ****….. no records of my email notifications to cancel all my policies and was taken to pillar to post after resending emails to different departments every time I called to check the status of my claims and cancellations. Sanlam Sky is a ****….. they rob people and want to get away with it.
