Sanlam Sky is a ****!

I have a problem with Sanlam Sky. I've had a policy with them and i have been paying every morning via debit order without fail. In the past 3 months they have been charging me arrears which they claim that they are due to non payment. When I enquired about these mysterious non payments they promise to investigate and then they do not bring any feedback. The last time i communicated with them, i requested a detailed statement of my policy but they did not provide me with one instead they told me that these arearrs are for a policy that i cancelled a year ago. I feel that Sanlam Sky is ****ming money from me for no reason.
