Sanlam Sky Investments!!!

I have an investment plan with sanlam sky and I made a withdrawal in 2019. I now want to cancel and withdraw the money since I'm faced with some financial difficulties but I was told by their consultant that I can't withdraw more than once in 5 years and that even if I cancel I will not get my money I will only get it after 5 years. I wasn't told that when I joined otherwise I wouldn't have saved my money with them. I want my money and I will not wait five years for my hard earned money that I need urgently .I will not. Telling me I have to wait five years? No, I cannot!!!! This is nonsense
