Sanlam Sky giving me problems

Sanlam Sky has proven to be unreliable. I went to the nearest branch to cancel all my policies with them. They have deducted again for my 2 policies. I spoke to an agent on WhatsApp and she assured me the policies were cancelled tell me why I opened my payslip to see their deductions again. Furthermore, they have deducted again for a third policy I didn't open with a beneficiary I don't even know. They are causing me so much distress in this economy. I must now take my time and do an affidavit to prove that I didn't take the said third policy.
