Sanlam (sky) / Channel Life - consultants are useless

I've been on the phone for over 40 minutes trying to find SOMEONE at Sanlam / Sanlam Sky / Channel Life who knows ANYTHING about my Sanlam policy and associated retrenchment cover. This is RIDICULOUS - one of the dozen consultants I spoke to actually asked ME to explain how the retrenchment cover is associated with the loan facility. Employ people who can connect the dots - your consultants are USELESS.
