Sanlam sky Boksburg branch Bongani Mtshali area sales manager doesn’t want to process my pension fund document so I can be paid as I no longer work for Sanlam sky

Good day my I joined Sanlam Sky Boksburg branch as a financial advisor in 2023 till March 2024 as a commission earner. My contract had benefits medical aid n pension fund. I resigned this on the 31/03/2024 n I signed my exit documents n my pension fund docs. Till now I haven’t receive my money. I asked my manager Bongani Mtshali he insists that he submitted my pension docs of which is not true, I called pension fund department and there was no docs send to them
