SANLAM SKY BAD SERVICES
i have had a policy for my mother with them for many years and been paying it due to covid i couldnt pay it and it lapsed so ive been trying to call and on the whatsapp bot till today i have not had not even one agent call me back regarding my policy ive been paying for years this company and i want to reinstate my policy i cant just take out a new policy while i have a policy and this could have been resolved long time and started paying towards my policy its like sanalm sky is doing this on purpose so that all the money ive been paying for years to fall away just like that and they have a bad service they never follow up on their clients even if you request a callback from them regarding your policy they never call please get an agent regarding my policy to call me on *** at 12:50

that was 11:16 when you escalated the matter and its almost end of the day now this is the bad and poor service im talking about you dont care about your clients needs its pathetic ive been trying to get hold of sanlam sky since begining of the year you can go check even on that useless chat bot on whatsapp you guys have still im not being assisted but ive spent soo much money paying for this policy for years
