sanlam sky

My 72 year old mother went to sanlam sky offices in grahamstown,to fill in form for her refund,hand her id together with her bank statement,on the 12/2/2024 The lady advised her that she sent form, Today the 15/2/2024 phoned sanlam call center ,to find out the didnot received the form , hence no sms confimation was sent She used taxifare to be told the form wasnot sent,now to go offices again will cost her as she is not well.
