I have a retirement annuity with Sanlam sky I wanted to claim it since I was in permanent disability but I was rejected. The consultant are rude and give incorrect information and they are quick to dismiss you when you ask questions. I need my money for health reasons can anyone assist please cause Sanlam sky is a **** honestly

Sanlam sky doesn’t respond and their call centre is worse.. I tried several times, I even went to tsakane branch but they are clueless. Sadly the consultants don’t have product knowledge
