Sanlam sky

I reported death at Sanlam offices in Grahamstown in March 2025,the consultant told me that the person was not insured on the polices but was premium payer,she further told me ,the people she insured will be covered until ,the premium payer turns 60 yrs of age,she wanted the death certificate she said she reported on the system ,now I kept getting emails that the policies lapsed,On the 10 October 3025 ,I went to Grahamstown branch again to enquire,again the wanted the death certificate and the said they will email it.I am trying to phone to confirm,Iam getting run around.
