SANLAM sitting on my pension - release my funds NOW
I resigned and chose to transfer my pension fund from Sanlam to another effective on the 1st of November 2020.
A complete ROT was submitted to Sanlam on the 13th of January. Sanlam has been sitting on my pension. I've been sending emails to follow up, nothing! I even called them, I was told that the support personnel working on my portfolio will call me, nothing!
TRANSFER MY PENSION SANLAM! I'll be complaining to the Ombudsman if not done in the few coming days.
