SANLAM should not handle Trust accounts!!!!

My daughter is a beneficiary with Sanlam Trust. She recently passed away and Sanlam advised that in order for me to be able to get her money I need a letter of executorship. I went to the Masters Office and they require a statement of account of the said Trust in order to open a late estate file and grant the letter. I have sent countless emails and called many times, since NOVEMBER 2020, and I have NOT received the statement. To say I am appalled at the service is an understatement. I just require a statement to show how much is in the trust!! 3 months later....How difficult can that be?
