SANLAM SERVICE STINKS, EXCEPT IF APPLYING FOR A LOAN
Sanlam consultants not prepared to assist with setting a debit order mandate for 2 hours. They just keep you on the line until they hang up.
If you pose to be applying for a loan, they jump. The moment you request for assistance with the debit order mandate first, they get agitated, scream at you (as one lady just did), and immediately hang up.
I am desperate for service. The last gentleman appeared to have my details before I could even speak; claimed he was going to instruct a consultant to call me; but as expected no one is calling.

Thanks to Hellopeter, this lousy transaction was sorted within less than 3 hours of being registered here.
It’s a pity that once some people get employed as consultants, they feel so big that they forget that it is the service they offer to the same consultants they undermine because of creed, colour and otherwise that enables the provision of the salaries that make them pompous.
