1. Waiting for a ‘call back’ which should take 4hours and its been 5 DAYS. 2. Agent hangs up on me during the call. 3. Agent hangs up on me again during another call 4. Im told on hello peter Ive been sent an email and yet I have received NO email. Just detailing my experience thus far with this company. If I had any doubt in my mind, I am beyond sure I will NEVER again conduct any business with this company, in my lifetime and I will definitely discourage others regarding Sanlam. Next stop ombudsman.
