SANLAM - Savings Locked Away When I Needed Them Most — Tax-Free, But Not Stress-Free. Might as Well Have Saved Under the Mattress
Requested a withdrawal from my Tax Free savings on 11 December 2025...it is 7 January 2026 and still nothing. I do not receive a bonus or 13th cheque and use these savings as extra income over the Festive season. Lack of communication. I am utterly disappointed. Might as well have saved under the mattress!
