Sanlam robbing me with a debt that does not move since last year, MBD collecting it on their behalf now handing me over again to nimble

I am currently paying a debt that does not move through MBD, since last year owing R19000 even this year it's still the same but I'm paying it R500 monthly as that's the arrangement made, now they have handed me over again to nimble while i am paying the debt through MBD. Please help me, thanx to the debt review that really did me wrong
