Sanlam road provident fund tax clearance certificate

I received my provident fund pay out. Now tax is up now must request a clearance certificate from them. Trying to get hold of the department is a nightmare. My tax returns is on hold due to this. We have made numerous attempt on email and i tried calling. Salam is going from bad to worst

Good day, yes i spoke to a representative of sanlam. I was advised that salt has no dealings with sanlam yet under the contract sanlam is the sister company/underwriters! The lady arguged the point she tried to call salt, and just like how she tried and failed so to did i. Till date no reply!

Another day has passed by, and still no feedback. I will be contacting the ombudsman going forward, thereafter i will engage legal representation and will forward the cost to sanlam. I will give Sanlam till 1pm today to rectify this issue( my clearance certificate)
