Very bad client service! Absolutely nobody on the other side of the line to assist with queries. I will definitely not recommend using SANLAM for your pension fund. The website is not user friendly. Every month the site migrates to another portal. Outrageous! I will be moving my pension fund at the soonest opportunity. Terrible terrible service. Stay away!
