Sanlam Rewards Program
I consulted Sanlam reality to find out whether i qualify for the program. I was given a response from their consultant which i have in writing that I do qualify. I then ask them to send me the forms for membership. I was then told that i could not join Virgin Active gym. I referred them to the mail sent. However they refused stating that the consultant erred. Such dishonest service is not becoming of a large company like Sanlam. No one has the courtesy to rectify their error as i was prepared to pay the full amount requested initially. KS Naidoo ***
