Sanlam retirement tow pot system

I have a retirement annuity plan with Sanlam and they’ve been giving me the run around regarding the two pot system. Sent documents back in October and they claimed they never received them. Sent them again and now they’ve informed me that my matter will be by end February 2025. Even the GEPF doesn’t take that long nor do other institutions. Disappointed and I will be transferring my policy somewhere else. They don’t even deserve that 1 star I just rated them.
